Hi Rhianne. Firstly, myself and my wife would like to thank you for all your help and support through our moving journey. We all know it has been a roller coaster of a ride, circumstances out of our control kept delaying our house move. Throughout all of this you have been easy to access and will often reply to emails in minutes to answer our queries (even on weekends). Secondly, you have always been honest with us throughout this process even if it wasn’t the answers we wanted to hear. Thirdly, I would like to thank you and how quick you managed to get the move finalised, after reselling our house the process has only taken 7 or 8 weeks.
You have understood our needs, with my wife being pregnant and prioritised our case. You understood that we wanted the deal in exchange to ease our minds, and worked longer than your stated hours to get us in this position. We are looking forward to next Friday when the sale completes and stating our new life journey in our new home.
