One hour of legal advice – £120.00 + VAT with a Graduate Paralegal or Trainee Solicitor; £220 + VAT with a qualified Solicitor

One hour of initial advice plus letter to other party:

£150.00 + VAT (Graduate Paralegals or Trainee Solicitors)

£250.00 +VAT for qualified Solicitors

 

Client must pay prior to the appointment.

This appointment is for a free overview of our fee scheme – no legal advice will be given.

Client will have the option to purchase one hour’s legal advice for their issue after discussing fees. If they think they may want to do this the funds must be available to make immediate payment (£120 + VAT for Graduate Paralegal/Trainee Solicitor OR £220 +VAT for qualified Solicitor)

* For separation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements and consent orders, we will ask you to complete a financial questionnaire. We will then review the questionnaire and confirm our costs quotation depending on the complexity of the matter.

Domestic Abuse

Initial consultation and warning letter – £200.00 + VAT

Preparation of emergency application for a Non-Molestation Order and/or Occupation Order;

£350.00 + VAT for Graduate Paralegals or Trainee Solicitors

£500.00 + VAT for solicitors (including appointment for initial instructions, preparation of application and statement)

Representation at first without notice hearing – £350.00

Representation at the return hearing (on notice) – £500.00 plus VAT (plus travel time at half hourly rate and travel disbursements)

Please note that an additional disbursement will apply should personal service of the application/order be required – approximately £150.00 plus VAT
